Staff profiles
Rob Milner
Rob Milner is a strategic and statutory planner practicing in both urban and regional areas.
He is a leader of the planning profession in Victoria. His career spans over 30 years with experience working for or with local government and private practice.
Over the last decade he has worked with CPG Australia building that planning team to be one of the larger and most respected strategic and statutory practices in Victoria. The team was twice awarded planning consultant of the year in Victoria. Rob continues to work with CPG to deliver larger multi disciplinary strategic projects.
He has provided the strategic direction to many innovative multi-disciplinary policy and strategy-based projects for public sector clients.
As an advocate and negotiator he is engaged in development approval and rezoning projects where process and relationships need to be carefully nurtured to insure a viable and timely outcome.
He is also regularly retained to provide expert evidence to courts, panels and tribunals on the broadest range of planning and compensation issues.
He regularly facilitates workshops, conferences, consultation and other situations where leadership and engagement of groups is required.
His clients have included many State government agencies (including planning, community development, justice, growth areas and regional development), municipalities throughout metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, as well as a broad range of corporate and other private sector interests.
Robert Milner brings a high level of integrity to his work, choosing to participate on those projects that accord with his professional opinion.
Natasha Liddell
Natasha is an emerging leader among the ranks of younger planners. She was the PIA (Victorian Division) Young Planner of the Year in 2008. She has been very active on PIA committees and events over the last few years and for 2 years Natasha and Rob worked together as part of the CPG Australia planning team.
Natasha started her planning career in WA. Since coming to Victoria she has worked with ERM, Coomes (subsequently CPG Australia) and most recently with the Department of Planning and Community Development in the planning systems reform team.
Her skill base and experience complements the range of services offered by 10. Natasha is accomplished as both a statutory and strategic planner and can deliver both well-reasoned strategic policy and incisive evidence. She has managed larger projects for both major public and private sector clients.
Daniel Drum
Daniel Drum joins 10 Consulting Group after completing the Science Graduate program with the Department of Planning and Community Development, and spending a year working in Statutory Planning Systems Reform. Through these roles, Daniel has gained experience in strategic and statutory planning, in both the urban and regional context.
Combined with a background in Resource Management, Daniel’s insight into a number of areas within the Department of Planning and Community Development, ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders, and project management skills will be of great value to our clients.
